I’m going to experiment with what I call The Monday Morning Mindfulness Sessions.
I’ll be meeting with as many as 100 folks each Monday morning via a free teleconferencing service. We’ll spend about 10-15 minutes in seated meditation with me guiding you through the process.

Just about every Monday morning at 7a, Pacific Time. Come back as many times as you wish.
You can join the free session from your phone, laptop, or desktop via Zoom, a free videoconferencing service that I use to host these sessions. It won’t cost you anything to join each week.
